How We Handle Your Information
Short version: we collect what you send us in order to quote your project, we don't sell it, and we don't run advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect
Almost everything we hold about you is information you chose to send us. When you request a quote, call, text, or email, that typically means your name, business name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about the vehicle, storefront, or project, including any photos or artwork files you send.
Our quote form is hosted by Tally, a third-party form service. Submissions pass through Tally's systems before reaching us, and their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you, prepare a quote, schedule and complete the work, and follow up about your project. That's the whole list.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with people who need it to complete your job, for example a printer or material supplier when a project requires it, or where the law requires it.
Advertising, analytics and cookies
This site does not run analytics software or advertising tracking pixels. If that changes, this page will be updated to say so.
One thing is stored in your browser. If you arrive from an online ad, the ad platform adds a click identifier to the web address (for example Google's gclid). We save that identifier, and any campaign tags that came with it, in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days, and attach it to your quote request if you send one. That is how we tell which ads actually produce work, so we stop paying for the ones that don't. It holds no name, no contact details, and nothing about you personally, and it is never sold or shared. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Two things do involve outside services in the normal course of loading a page: typefaces are served by Google Fonts, and the site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability. Embedded content, like our event signage catalog or a linked social profile, is subject to the privacy practices of whoever operates it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests, project files, and job records are kept as long as we have a working relationship and afterward for ordinary business and tax recordkeeping. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we're required to keep a record of a completed transaction.
Photos of completed work
We photograph finished projects and may show them on this site, on social media, or in proposals. If you'd rather your vehicle, storefront, or business name not appear, tell us, before or after the fact, and we'll leave it out or take it down.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we'll stop. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; ask and we'll honor them.
Children
This is a commercial vehicle graphics business. The site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
